TARGET & CHALLENGE

Travel Juice has a clear target, young, flexible companies with dynamic teams very often with several offices around Europe. We need to build a site under a problem-solving mentality because our users will have to organize the company trips on top of their daily basis duties, so our first priority was to make it super easy for them.

So I started figuring out which could be the fastest way for the user.

UNDERSTANDING OUR USER

Usually the task of organize the company anniversary trip or a team building weekend etc... lays on an administrative or human resources responsible, specially in the kind of companies we're aiming for, so we start building personas for our project.

Above other conclusions, there were two general concepts to keep in mind, save Patricia as much time as possible and focus on the desktop version first because she's most likely to reach the website from her job office.

SHAPING UP

Travel Juice offers trips & activities that was their extra value and our highest peak to climb but not the only one, there were many other services and options for the user that we need to show and explain in the easy and nicest way possible.

Once the user lands on our homepage the most visible elements are the two big buttons where we clearly show the two sides of the company business, Trip & Activities.

There are so many options to consider when you have to organize a trip, even more when this is for many people. A wise use of colors and sizes help the user to find the main information and brings a better experience.
